There are only five distinctive accommodations at Clearwater Farm and the Inn at Clearwater Pond. Rates are per night, are based on single or double occupancy and include breakfast and the use of our facilities.

MINIMUM STAYS:
A two night minimum stay is required most weekends and a three night minimum stay is required during holidays and all other special weekends.
DEPOSIT:
50% to confirm your stay, paid by personal check

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Refunds will be given if cancellations are made 14 days prior to the arrival date. With less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be applied to a future stay or refunded ONLY if we are able to rebook your room. It is important to note that the cancellation policy changes from 14 days to 30 days notice during all holidays, fall foliage (September 1 through October 31), multiple (2 or more) room reservations and during any special local events. Dartmouth Graduation Weekend and weddings/private events, which are held on the property, require a 6 month cancellation notice.
CHECK-IN: 4 pm to 7 pm.
Please make arrangements with the innkeeper for late arrivals after 7 pm.

BREAKFAST: Served everyday at 9 am

PETS/CHILDREN: Pets are welcomed by special arrangement. Children are welcomed; however, in consideration of other guests, children under the age of 18 must be supervised in the library, workout room, swimming pond and all outside common areas.
SMOKING POLICY: Our farm and inn are non-smoking facilities. However, smoking is permitted on the outdoor grounds. Smoking is not allowed in or around the barns or cottage. Please be considerate of other guests.
